End User Computing (EUC) Engineer Associate [T500-19371]

Key Responsibilities:

• Improving knowledge and understanding of core concepts
• Deliver small code features, system components or platforms.
• Ensure quality delivery of features and systems.
• Continual learning and awareness of industry trends
• Participates in production support situations.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or Coding Bootcamp/Code School OR equivalent relevant professional experience
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile (iOS & Android) devices
• Experience supporting operating system platforms
• Ability to work with limited supervision and independently

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Understanding of Windows, macOS and mobile device management and related operating system platforms
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team
