Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage Microsoft Intune policies

    for device compliance, configuration, application deployment, and overall endpoint management strategy.
  • Lead Level 3 (L3) support activities

    , including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Intune-related incidents and escalations.
  • Design and implement Conditional Access policies

    in collaboration with security and identity teams to enforce secure access controls.
  • Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows

    and oversee configuration of Windows update rings across enterprise devices.
  • Integrate Microsoft Intune with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD),

    and other Microsoft 365 services to ensure a unified security and management posture.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute PowerShell scripts

    for task automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform root cause analysis

    on recurring issues and document technical resolutions to improve long-term service reliability.
  • Collaborate with vendors and Microsoft Premier Support

    for advanced issue resolution and product support escalation.
  • Mentor and guide L1/L2 support teams

    , while contributing to internal knowledge base articles and process documentation.
  • Utilize Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and MFA

    to support secure identity and access management practices.
  • Support macOS and iOS device management

    through Intune, ensuring cross-platform policy compliance and user experience consistency.
  • Leverage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Endpoint Analytics

    for threat protection and performance insights.
  • Assist with SCCM/Co-management environments

    , providing support or transition guidance where required.
  • Operate within ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

    , ensuring timely resolution of incidents and effective change/request management.
  • Implement process enhancements in ServiceNow

    based on evolving customer requirements and best practices.
  • Participate in Zero Trust security framework initiatives

    , aligning endpoint management strategies with modern security standards.
  • Prepare custom Azure AD and on-premises Active Directory reports

    in alignment with customer reporting requirements.
  • Oversee vulnerability management processes

    , including application and patching workflows, and develop process improvements as needed.
  • Handle end-user escalations

    , including support for VIP users, ensuring high-quality and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports

    , providing insights and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure alignment across L1 and L2 teams

    , regularly reviewing processes and driving consistency across support operations.
