End User Account Manager-CPG

Role Overview: Rockwell Automation is seeking an End-user Sales Account Manager based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will engage with customers" executive management teams to surpass sales targets in industrial software, power control, and process control solutions. Your success will come from leveraging Rockwell Automation's innovative solutions in the CPG/FMCG sector. You will work under the Sales Leader End-user - CPG in a hybrid working schedule in Mumbai, India. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets by negotiating and closing opportunities, collaborating with Rockwell Automation sales teams and partners. - Grow existing accounts and acquire new ones, enhancing customer satisfaction. - Develop and execute strategic account plans, leading stakeholders in tactical actions. - Spend 70% of your time in customer-facing activities, managing sales opportunities effectively. - Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contacts, surveys, and issue resolution. - Analyze business levels against sales targets, providing sales forecasts. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Rockwell Automation offerings. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. - Good knowledge of the FMCG/CPG industry. - Experience in industrial production environment with a focus on solution-based outcomes. - Minimum of 10 years of outcome-based solutions selling experience.
