End Use Manager - Printing Inks

Role Overview: You will be joining BYK India Private Limited as an End Use Manager focusing on supporting and growing the business in end-use graphic arts, specifically printing inks and inkjet inks. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical services and engage with manufacturers in India and ISC. Additionally, you will work on market mapping, new strategies, trends, and innovation, collaborating closely with the global End-use Manager/team. Interacting with key accounts, especially MSME customers, will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with manufacturers of printing inks and inkjet inks in India and ISC to understand their needs and provide solutions. - Generate and execute Technical Service Requests (TSRs) in the BYK Technology Application Centre, ensuring timely completion. - Act as a bridge between customers and the BYK Technology Application Centre for development projects. - Provide insights on competition and market intelligence to support business decisions. - Coordinate with distributor partners to achieve annual operating plan targets. - Organize meetings and trainings for agents and customers as necessary. - Embrace ALTANA values of Openness, Trust, Appreciation, and Empowerment to act, as well as promote a safety culture. Qualifications Required: - Must have a graduate or postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a diploma or PG diploma in Paint Technology, or B Tech or M Tech in Polymer or Paint from a recognized university/institute. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years in sales preferred. - Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving individual. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated capability to assess customer requirements, identify problems, and propose solutions. - Willingness to travel throughout India for business purposes.
