Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement strategic objectives for transformation initiatives. - Implement and understand technical solutions for transformation (e.g., Power Automate, AI). - Project manage the implementation of strategic objectives to ensure timely completion. - Create and maintain effective reporting systems to evaluate progress and impact. - Collaborate with departments to evaluate new tools enhancing efficiency. - Communicate complex problems and solutions clearly to senior leadership. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Navigate challenges, demonstrate resilience, and focus on solutions. Qualifications: - Proven experience in technology solutions and project management, preferably in digital transformation. - Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to implement solutions. - Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions to senior leadership. - Experience in managing reporting systems to track project progress. - Strong problem-solving skills and focus on solutions during challenges.
