Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute employer branding strategies aligned with business and talent goals.
Create compelling content (videos, posts, blogs, campaigns) that showcases our culture and EVP across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and the careers site.
Collaborate with internal teams (TA, marketing, communications, L&D) to promote internal events, culture initiatives, and success stories.
Partner with recruitment teams to ensure consistent candidate experience and branding throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate employee advocacy programs and encourage brand ambassadorship.
Monitor employer brand health through platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn and drive improvement initiatives.
Support campus and early careers branding, including virtual events, university relations, and collateral development.
Analyze branding campaign metrics and engagement data to optimize future activities.
Requirements:
28 years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, recruitment marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
Excellent content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and leadership teams.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
