Job Summary

The Employee Relations Specialist is a vital role dedicated to fostering a healthy, inclusive, and compliant work environment. This specialist is the key point of contact for addressing employee concerns and grievances, ensuring they are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness. The role is essential in building organizational trust, promoting employee satisfaction, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and all relevant labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations.
  • Serve as a neutral mediator for workplace disputes and conflicts.
  • Ensure fair, timely, and confidential resolution of all grievances.
  • Maintain accurate, legally compliant records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and legal teams on complex cases.
  • Educate employees and managers on grievance and conflict resolution policies.
  • Suggest policy improvements based on recurring workplace trends.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Monitor the workplace proactively to identify potential conflict risks.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, conflict resolution, or grievance handling.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with proven expertise in complex problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Attributes: Demonstrated high level of integrity, discretion, empathy, and the ability to handle highly sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive and up-to-date familiarity with labor laws and employment compliance practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
