Job Description

As an Employee Relations Manager, your role will involve the day-to-day management of Employee Relation cases. This includes investigating HR/ER matters, Internal Committee related activities, and overall governance. You will be responsible for investigating and/or overseeing the investigation of HR/ER issues in consultation with HRBA, focusing primarily on cases related to Bullying, Harassment, victimization, and retaliation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing disciplinary, performance improvement, and grievance management procedures appropriately - Handling employee-related incidents and cases - Implementing and making associated changes to key ER governance policies - Ensuring good and proper governance in alignment with the Global ER mandate and guidelines - Fostering a positive employee experience and driving the right culture for the organization from an Employee Relations perspective No additional details of the company are present in the job description.,
