Employee Relations Specialist - AVP

As an Employee Relations Manager, your role will involve the day-to-day management of Employee Relation cases. This includes investigating HR/ER matters, Internal Committee related activities, and overall governance. You will be responsible for investigating and/or overseeing the investigation of HR/ER issues in consultation with HRBA, focusing primarily on cases related to Bullying, Harassment, victimization, and retaliation.
