Responsible for the day-to-day management of Employee Relation cases
Investigation of HR/ER matters, Internal Committee related activities and overall governance.
Investigating and/or overseeing investigation of HR/ER issues in consultation with HRBA (Primarily cases in relation to Bullying, Harassment, victimization and retaliation)
Manage disciplinary, performance improvement and grievance management procedures appropriately
Managing employee related incidents and cases.
Implementation and associated changes of key ER governance policies
Ensuring good and proper governance per the Global ER mandate and guidelines.
Positive employee experience and driving the right culture for the organisation from an Employee Relations perspective
