Location: Thane
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

About the Role
We are seeking an Employee Relations Officer to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth communication between employees and management, and resolving concerns with professionalism and fairness.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies.
• Conduct fair investigations and provide recommendations.
• Support performance management and conflict resolution processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• Advise managers and staff on employee relations best practices.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR (preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in Employee Relations / HR Operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
