Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for any issues / escalations related to employee referral programs
  • Screening of all employee referral resumes on a daily basis
  • Manual check of source of resumes for duplicity and validity
  • Follow up with recruiters on Interview feedback on ER profiles
  • Update and track the status of all ER profiles in the system
  • Answer employee queries on ER in a timely manner
  • Prepare weekly, monthly reports on ER program and post to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and implement different ER branding exercises in the Bengaluru office with the aim to increase the ER percentage
  • Day-to-day employee referral program administration support for EHRT

  • Must have strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively across all levels & divisions of the organization
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Must have good MS office skills
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously & prioritize effectively
  • Must be self-starter and highly motivated
  • Must be resourceful, critical thinker, able to solve problems creatively
