Job Description

Title: - Deputy Manager
Grade: - L2
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
For end to end management of group projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Testing of group products and enhancement projects
. Good knowledge about Group Asia and closure of bugs in co-ordination with IT
team
. Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders
. End to end resolution approach
. Process documentation
. Exception handling
INTERACTIONS
Internal Relations:
All line functions and other departments
in KLI
External Relations:
Vendor Team related to projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate
Work Experience:
2-5 years (Insurance background Preferable
