• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identification of Inactive LA Pool & data allocation amongst team members.
• Timely query resolution raised by inactive LAs during interaction.
• Close coordination with SPOCs of other dept.
• Set up Monthly CLA Target & deliver the same month on month basis.
• Regular Monitoring ORO Managers Productivity.
• Driving Weekly Target & Coordination with Sales.
• Ensuring ticket gets closed within TAT and sales targets are MET
• Daily interaction with RMP/LMP/BMP/Partners for smooth function.
• Regular Review call with ORO Managers.
• Preparing Deck for Weekly Review.
• Team engagement activities to keep team motivated
• Must be good in Excel and formulas
• Checking the Quality of Calls and do course correction.
• Do coordination for Team for Training Virtual for Advisors and Physical for the Team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

.Education- Graduate

.Work Experience- Having at least 2 years of experience in team handling role
