Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Administer Employee Central (EC) lifecycle and non-lifecycle transactions in alignment with defined processing practices and SLAs.
Manage queries received via team inbox, ServiceNow ticketing tool, and incoming calls/incidents in a timely manner.
Prepare employee contract documentation related to transfers, promotions, visa changes, leaves of absence, and remuneration updates.
Provide first-level responses to stakeholders regarding process and procedure-related questions.
Maintain and update business process documents related to Employee Central and other Talent Services sub-processes.
Update work rights, contracts, and HRIS records, ensuring real-time data accuracy.
Support the maintenance and management of personnel files.
Collaborate as an effective team member by sharing knowledge and assisting coworkers as needed.
Coordinate with payroll and other support teams to ensure seamless execution of employee transactions.
Escalate issues to the Talent Services Assistant Manager or EC SME as required.
Troubleshoot employee queries and escalate appropriately when needed.
Provide proactive input to Talent Services leadership on improvements and development of the Talent Operations function.
Identify and raise potential issues for discussion with leadership and assist in driving agreed actions.
Provide support for additional Talent Services tasks as required.
