Employability Skills Trainer

As a Training Coordinator at Dr. Reddys Foundation (DRF), you will be responsible for: - Training aspirants on an integrated module including English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness. All session materials will be provided to facilitate the training process. - Publishing and following the Training plan/calendar of the center to ensure smooth operations and timely sessions. - Supporting in conducting assessments of the aspirants to evaluate their progress and areas of improvement. - Providing post-placement counseling to aspirants to assist them in transitioning into their new roles effectively. - Networking with guest lecturers/industry professionals to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module, enhancing the learning experience for trainees. - Handholding aspirants at the workplace for a short duration after placement to ensure a smooth transition and integration into their new work environment. - Supporting the center in other works as and when required, showcasing flexibility and willingness to contribute to various tasks. Qualifications required for this role: - A passion for skill development and empowering individuals from low-income households. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively train and counsel individuals. - Proficiency in English language, MS Office, and basic mathematics. - Prior experience in conducting assessments and coordinating training programs would be advantageous. - Ability to network and collaborate with guest lecturers/industry professionals for enhanced learning opportunities.
