Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their medical needs and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct medical care, including the management of symptoms, pain relief, and treatment of complications related to terminal illnesses. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Symptom Management: Address and manage symptoms such as pain,nausea, fatigue, and other distressing conditions in patients with life-limiting illnesses.
