M.Sc. In Biotechnology/Microbiology) with 5 yrs. of experience OR
M.Sc. (Clinical Embryology) with 3 yrs. of experience.
1.Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols as defined by the company.
2.Manage the IVF Lab, all assets in the lab and andrology function
3.Proficiently carry out procedures in the lab - Embryo culture, Andrology, ICSI, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching.
4.Train and administratively manage the Lab technicians at the centre.
5.Ensure ethical practice as per ICMR and existing government guidelines.
6.Drive high success rates as per defined protocols.
