In Biotechnology/Microbiology) with 5 yrs. of experience OR M.Sc. (Clinical Embryology) with 3 yrs. of experience. Work Location: Kolkata Role & Responsibilities: 1.Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols as defined by the company. 2.Manage the IVF Lab, all assets in the lab and andrology function Daily supervision of all check points, i.e., sterility, cylinder level, temperature, etc Lab & Inventory management (TQM) Patient data recording & research Semen sample preparation 3.Proficiently carry out procedures in the lab - Embryo culture, Andrology, ICSI, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching. 4.Train and administratively manage the Lab technicians at the centre. 5.Ensure ethical practice as per ICMR and existing government guidelines. 6.Drive high success rates as per defined protocols.
