Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate resolutions via email.
  • Assist clients with banking transactions and related services.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Strive to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and response timelines.
  • Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineStrong communication & problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in email writing and basic MS Office tools

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
