1. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns across customer lifecycle stages
2. Build and manage automated journeys using Journey Builder
3. Execute A/B testing for subject lines, content, layouts, CTAs, and send times
4. Develop and customize responsive email templates using HTML & CSS
5. Implement AMPscript for personalization, dynamic content, and data integration
1. 3+ years of experience in email marketing or email operations
2. Strong hands-on experience with email campaigns, A/B testing, and journey automation
3. Proficiency in AMPscript and Journey Builder
4. Working knowledge of HTML & CSS for email templates
5. Ability to work in CST shift (6:00 PM – 2:45 AM IST)
