Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to plan and execute cold email campaigns for lead generation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting personalized email sequences, managing prospect lists, and optimizing outreach for maximum deliverability and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute cold email outreach campaigns.
Write compelling and personalized email copy, including subject lines.
Build, manage, and segment prospect databases.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher engagement and conversion.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in cold emailing, lead generation, or B2B outreach.
Hands-on knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Woodpecker, etc.).
Strong copywriting skills with an analytical mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
