As an Email Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in our marketing team by developing and implementing email marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities You will be tasked with creating engaging and personalized email content, including subject lines, body text, and CTAs. Additionally, you will design and manage end-to-end email campaigns, which will involve segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. It will be essential to manage and maintain our large email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, CTR, and conversions, will be a crucial part of your role. You will need to provide actionable insights based on these metrics. Collaboration with the sales and business development teams will be essential to nurture leads and support outreach efforts effectively. Automation of email workflows and setting up drip campaigns for lead nurturing will also be within your scope of responsibilities. Managing the reputation of domain and IPs, as well as establishing email authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, will be part of your daily tasks. Knowledge of SMTP and email server protocols will be beneficial. Remaining updated on email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends is crucial to your success in this role. Required Skills To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the B2B space. Proficiency with email marketing 3rd Party tools is a must, along with a strong understanding of email design principles and best practices. Excellent copywriting and editing skills, coupled with an analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, are essential. While a basic knowledge of HTML and email design is a plus, continuous learning and staying informed about the latest trends and tools in email marketing will be key to your success in this role.
