Job Description

Manual Email Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Send
manual outreach emails
using 350+ of your own Gmail/Outlook IDs
Scrape and collect B2B leads from platforms like Google, Business directories , etc.
Use
search formulas/operators
to find targeted prospects (no scraping tools)
Generate
at least 50 leads/month
from US & Canada
Follow up manually and keep email accounts active
Share weekly lead and outreach reports

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience
in manual email marketing
Access to
350+ valid, active email IDs
(Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Expertise in scraping leads using Google advanced operators, LinkedIn filters, and directories
Proven experience generating leads for
SEO & web design services
Strictly no use of tools or bots
(Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly, etc. not allowed)
Must be familiar with
US & Canada market targeting

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary
$10 per lead conversion
beyond monthly target
Additional
performance-based bonuses
