Key Responsibilities

• Email Coding & Development:

  Develop and hand-code responsive HTML email templates from design mockups, ensuring compatibility across all major email clients and devices.

• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting:

  Conduct thorough QA testing using tools such as

  Litmus

  ,

  EmailOnAcid

  , or similar platforms to identify and fix rendering or deliverability issues.

• Link Tracking:

  Create and implement tracking codes (UTMs) for all email links to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.

• Campaign Deployment:

  Manage and execute campaign deployment schedules, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance for every send.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with marketing leads to define project scopes, identify optimization opportunities, and drive improvements in email marketing strategy.

• Compliance & Best Practices:

  Ensure all email communications adhere to

  industry best practices

  for design, accessibility, deliverability, and user engagement.

Requirements

• Experience:

  4+ years of hands-on experience with

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

  ,

  Klaviyo

  ,

  Braze

  ,

  Attentive

  , or similar ESPs.

• Technical Expertise:

  Strong proficiency in

  HTML

  ,

  CSS

  ,

  SQL

  , and scripting languages such as

  AMPscript

  Jinja

  . Experience hand-coding responsive emails is essential.

• Email Marketing Knowledge:

  35 years of experience in email production and campaign execution on large-scale enterprise platforms.

• Project Management:

  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical Skills:

  Ability to identify rendering, performance, and deliverability issues, and implement data-driven optimizations.

• Organizational Skills:

  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns with minimal supervision.
