Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Executing email marketing campaigns to ensure high deliverability and engagement. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions. - Conducting A/B tests on subject lines, email layouts, and content to improve performance. - Collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for effective campaign execution. - Ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 1+ years of experience in Email Marketing. - Proficiency in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc. - Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization. - Ability to analyze email performance data and optimize campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for email template customization is a plus. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is remote. If you have knowledge about HTML and CSS, it would be an added advantage for this role.
