About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Email Communication Executive to plan, execute, and manage impactful email communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email marketing tools, automation, segmentation, and analytics — ensuring every campaign drives engagement, nurtures leads, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Plan, design, and execute targeted email communication campaigns for lead nurturing and client engagement.
• Write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused subject lines and email content.
• Manage automation workflows such as drip campaigns and customer journeys.

Audience Segmentation & Optimization

• Segment contact lists for personalized and relevant communication.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Monitor key campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate) and apply insights to improve performance.

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure compliance with international email standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge

• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue (Brevo), Zoho Campaigns, or ActiveCampaign.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
• Good understanding of audience segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analytics.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
