Role Overview

As an Email and Chat Process Intern, you’ll manage inbound and outbound communication across digital channels, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses. You’ll gain exposure to support automation tools, CRM platforms, and real-time customer interaction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email and chat with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain response quality, tone, and turnaround time across all interactions
• Document customer issues and escalate unresolved queries to relevant teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication
• Update CRM systems and maintain logs of customer interactions
• Assist in creating response templates and FAQs for recurring queries

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Communication, or related field
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with email etiquette and chat-based support tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup
