Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable ELV/BMS Sales Engineer to promote and sell our ELV and BMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ELV/BMS systems, combined with sales experience in the industry, to successfully meet sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients. Market Analysis and Strategy: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approach. Identify potential projects, key stakeholders, and market opportunities for ELV/BMS products. 5. Proposal and Quotation Management: Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Ensure all proposals align with project requirements, pricing guidelines, and company objectives. 6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in the CRM. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team. Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically in ELV or BMS industry. Strong knowledge of ELV/BMS systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and energy management systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred: Experience with major ELV/BMS brands such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls. Familiarity with project-based sales in the construction, commercial, or industrial sectors. Work Conditions: Primarily field-based, with frequent client visits.
