Job Description

  • Leads the performance of the operations and project & Technical team, to deliver a professional, client focused and high performing operational services as per the agreed service scope and service level.
  • Leads the technical team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements in to operational plans.
  • Monitors projects delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and client’s requirements, taking immediate actions in case of material deviations which would materially affect client’s satisfaction or represent a breach of contractual agreements.
  • • Understands the impact of operations delivery on clients’ business and manages team’s ability to meet target goals through coordination of continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • • Ensures that the work is completed within strict time scales and elevates incidents within defined time windows with best technical practices.
  • • Manages the technical service relationship between Crossgen and subcontractors/vendors
  • • Maintains a high level of client satisfaction by clarifying client needs and ensuring that they are consistently met or exceeded.
  • • Participates in customer/site visits and project reviews and responds to project, product, technical, and customer- relations clarification.
  • • Monitoring technical team’s certifications & their related progress Managing ELV projects and team. Preparing the BoM and cost controlling of projects in ELV and Active.
  • Attending technical and product training programs local and Overseas representing Crossgen.
  • • Maintaining OEM relations and required contacts for the benefit of company.
  • • Identifying new products and solutions in Crossgen’s line of Business for selling or providing to customer as a solution, Thus by making Crossgen stands a better solution provider in Market.
  • • Managing all the technical team (ELV and Others) on all Crossgen branches across.
  • • Guiding technical team and avoiding delay in customer operations at sites with proper solutions and bringing/delegating the scopes.
  • • Avoiding customer escalations as well as maintaining a good service team with customer and company’s expectations.
  • • All the ELV team members and network engineers will be reporting to the Chief Technical Officer.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹5.00 - ₹6.00 per year
