ELV Design Engineer

Exp:- 10 to 13 yrs

Loaction:- Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

Mandatory SKills:-concept designing, detail designing, related calculations in Data

Center,Integrated Building automation Systems which includes Building management system (BMS), Chiller plant manager (CPM), Electric power monitoring (EPMS) & Fuel automation systems

Responsible for ELV system design with deep understanding of ELV System encompasses (a) Fire &

Safety Systems which includes Fire Alarm system, Public Address system, Air Sampling system, Fire

Hydrant system, Sprinkler system, Pre-action system, Pump Room, Hose Reels, Fire Suppression

System (Water based & Gas based), Extinguishers and related Life Safety systems, (b) Security

Systems which includes Access control system, CCTV Surveillance system & Entrance Automation, (c)Integrated Building automation Systems which includes Building management system (BMS), Chiller plant manager (CPM), Electric power monitoring (EPMS) & Fuel automation systems installed in Datacenter building using his/her technical knowledge, Local norms & International standards.

2) Around 10-12 years of intensified designing experience in reputed organizations and should be

capable & designing of various ELV Systems Design.

3) Understanding and working with drawings. Studying & analyzing the various scope documents,

specifications and designing the ELV systems as per standards & norms.

4) Understating of customer requirement and designing the suitable design to fulfill the customer

requirement.

5) Perform engineering duties in concept designing, detail designing, related calculations in Data

Center.

6) Responsible for Designing, Engineering, Commissioning support and Operation process

improvements within Data Center.

7) Candidate should aware about various codes like NBC, IS, NFPA, TIA etc.

8) Position will be focused on driving a continuous improvement culture that eliminates re-work,

provides cost savings, and drives increased system reliability.

9) Candidate must able to read P&ID, schematic and able to prepare the P&ID with help of Auto Cad

operator during concept and detail design.

10) Candidate should able to prepare drawing, layout with help of CAD operator.

11) Preparation of Technical data sheet, specification sheet, scope matrix will be responsibility of this

role.

12) Product evaluation, providing rating will be responsibility of this role by doing comparison of

technical data sheet of different OEMs.

13) Preparation of initial equipment co-ordination and service co-ordination with help of BIM modeler will be design teams responsibility.

14) Supervise and approve all designs deliverables developed by the system integrators at each

milestones of a project. Analyze, accept or reject alternate designs and mitigation measure

developed by partners & operation teams.

15) Active participation in Integrated system testing and commissioning, POCs.

16) Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously.

Independent execution of projects throughout the lifecycle & to handle first level escalations.
