Role

• Production Management:

  Plan and oversee daily production operations, optimize processes for efficiency, and meet production targets.

• Quality Assurance:

  Implement and maintain quality control standards and ensure products meet dimensional and quality requirements.

• Staff Management:

  Supervise, mentor, and train production staff, assess their performance, and foster a positive work environment.

• Process Improvement:

  Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Resource Management:

  Coordinate and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure smooth operations.

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and health and safety regulations.

• Technical Oversight:

  Understand and troubleshoot production equipment and processes, manage preventive maintenance, and assist in the introduction of new products and processes.

• Reporting & Budgeting:

  Track costs, manage department budgets, and report production status and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
