Electronics Engineer

As an Electronics Technician at our company based in Udaipur, your role will involve performing testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of PCBs at component and circuit levels. You will be required to use test equipment to identify and replace faulty electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, and connectors. Soldering, desoldering (both through-hole and SMD), and rework of components will also be part of your daily tasks. It is essential to document test results, repair history, and maintain records diligently to support quality assurance and ensure that repaired boards meet specifications. You will collaborate with design and R&D teams to provide feedback on recurring faults and ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety and industry standards. Additionally, maintaining tools, instruments, and a safe working environment will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of PCBs at component and circuit levels. - Use test equipment to identify and replace faulty electronic components. - Conduct soldering, desoldering (through-hole and SMD), and rework of components. - Document test results, repair history, and maintain records. - Support quality assurance by ensuring repaired boards meet specifications. - Coordinate with design/R&D teams to provide feedback on recurring faults. - Ensure compliance with ESD safety and industry standards. - Maintain tools, instruments, and a safe working environment. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics. - Hands-on experience with testing instruments. - Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and datasheets. - Good soldering/rework skills. - Problem-solving and analytical skills for fault diagnosis. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. Qualification: - Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics. - Freshers are eligible.,
