Job Description

To ensure all electrical and electronic components received from suppliers meet company quality standards and specifications through inspection, testing, documentation, and supplier improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspection and testing of incoming E&E components (BMS, harnesses, sensors,
PCBAs, relays, etc.)
Verify materials as per drawings/specifications.
Maintain traceability and inspection records.
Coordinate with suppliers for CAPA and defect analysis.
Support supplier audits and quality improvement.
Maintain IQC checklists and inspection reports.
Perform root cause analysis for non-conformance (5 Why, 8D, Ishikawa).
Conduct PPAP Audit ,Knowledge of MSA,SPC,APQP, PFMEA(Quality Core Tool
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF systems.
Adhere to ESD and safety norms during inspection.

Key Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of electrical and electronic components used in battery packs.
Good Knowledge of EV Battery Manufacturing Process
Hands-on with multimeter, LCR meter, continuity tester, etc.
Familiar with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality standards.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and quality tools.
