Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the Electronics CoE Chapter in India, which is a part of a multinational set up spread across different geographies. Your key responsibilities will include managing the chapter skill evolutions, projects execution, India support, and ensuring the right connections with India Electronics engineering managers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify chapter skill evolutions, build competency plans, and upskill chapter members - Experiment with new learning and foster opportunities for skill development - Manage staffing and attrition risks - Ensure Electronics CoE project roadmap is executed properly - Elevate agile mindset and manage Electronics CoE India Chapter budget - Establish connections with India Electronics engineering managers and understand business roadmaps - Manage the tradeoff of collaborators implication between competency development, LoB support, and projects execution Qualifications Required: - Electronics/Electrical master's degree mandatory - 8+ years" experience in electronics engineering - Team management and transverse management experience - Coaching and mentoring experience in a matrix environment Additional Details: Schneider Electric believes in a world "more electric and more digital" and aims to support customers in achieving their energy and sustainability goals.
