Sales Executive (B2B Electronics Sales)

About the Role:

Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain profit margins.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while ensuring customer retention.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and services with customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client profiles.
  • Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and sales growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC, Mechanical, or IT.
  • Experience:

    23 years in Sales/Electronics Sales (preferably B2B).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic/electrical products, components, batteries, and boards.
  • Experience in Sales Engineer or Electronics Sales profile preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC:

    ?4 L ?6.5 L per annum
  • In-hand:

    ?30,000 ?50,000 per month
  • Sales Incentives:

    Up to ?3.9 L per annum (based on target achievement)
  • Work Schedule:

    Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 6:30 PM | SaturdaySunday Off
