Job Description

Role & responsibilities

leads and oversees all daily manufacturing activities, ensuring efficient, high-quality production of electronic goods while managing staff, resources, budgets, and safety protocols

  • Production Planning & Coordination:

    Schedule and oversee the daily operations of the production floor, including coordination of work and material flow.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

    Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, setting performance goals, providing feedback, and ensuring proper training for all staff.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Monitor product quality, ensuring that all electronic components and finished products meet company and industry standards, aiming for zero defects.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track and analyze key production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and throughput.
  • Resource & Cost Management:

    Manage production budgets, control costs, and ensure equipment is well-maintained and available for use.
  • Safety & Compliance:

    Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    Work with R&D, quality assurance, purchase, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and data accuracy.
  • Problem Solving:

    Address and resolve production-related issues, equipment malfunctions, and process-related problems effectively.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation, including entries into ERP systems.

Required Skills

  • Leadership:

    Ability to motivate, manage, and develop a production team.
  • Technical Expertise:

    Familiarity with SMT, PCB assembly, reflow, wave solder equipment, and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff and other departments.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Strong ability to plan, schedule, and manage resources efficiently.
