Electronic Data Interchange (Export)

As an EDI Executive - Export at our company located in Gurgaon (Udhyog Vihar-phase 1), you will play a crucial role in handling the Billing & Data filling for Export operations, including customs procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing checklists for air and sea import/export, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, coordinating with various stakeholders for delivery status, verifying customs documents, and preparing necessary paperwork for customs clearance. Your expertise in H.S. codes and familiarity with items listed by Indian customs will be essential for this role. Additionally, your experience in customs clearance and Logistics Industry will be valuable as you prepare EDI Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading, and Invoices for shipments. You will be responsible for sending all relevant shipment documents to clients, coordinating with them on a daily basis, addressing their queries, and ensuring proper client feedback. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in EDI Filing, Export Documentation/EDI, EDI Shipping Bills, and Day-to-Day coordination. Your ability to work both day and night shifts, along with in-person presence at the Gurgaon location, will be required.
