Electromechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Engineer to support the design and development of electronic products and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in cabling, connectivity, and mechanical-electrical integration, along with proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronics enclosures and components, including cables, racks, cabinets, connector panels, and PCBA-based boxes using 2D and 3D CAD tools (preferably NX and TCE).
• Understand and apply concepts of cable routing, EMC, safety standards, and connectivity in electromechanical systems.
• Create and maintain Technical Product Documentation (TPD) in alignment with design processes.
• Conduct design reviews and actively participate in peer reviews to ensure design quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Designers, and Thermal/Flow Engineers.
• Act as the technical point of contact for external suppliers and vendors.
• Support production and service teams by transferring product knowledge and resolving design-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and investigate problems in electromechanical assemblies and propose effective solutions.
• Work within multidisciplinary design teams to align specifications and ensure end-to-end integration.

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in electromechanical design, including cabling, connectivity, and electronics integration.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD tools; experience with NX and TCE is preferred but not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of EMC, electrical safety, thermal management, and diagnostics.
• Experience in creating comprehensive technical documentation.
• Previous experience working in cross-disciplinary engineering environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
