Electrician/ Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician/Technician to join our team, specializing in the installation of drapery tracks, curtain motors, outdoor blinds, motorized shading (awnings) and home automation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with motorized window treatments and a understanding of electrical systems. You will be responsible for site-level installations, wiring, motor setup, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with the project manager and interior teams. This role demands good communication capabilities and a commitment to quality installation. Key Responsibilities: ·      Install manual and motorized curtain tracks, indoor and outdoor manual/motorised blinds as per layout. ·      Set up and test curtain motors (wired and wireless). ·      Carry out wiring and integration for home automation modules ·      Read installation diagrams and technical manuals. ·      Coordinate with clients, designers, and electricians on-site. ·      Ensure tools, safety equipment, and hardware are maintained and used properly. ·      Report issues and submit daily work logs.   Requirements: ·      Minimum education: 12th Pass with Electrician ITI/Diploma or equivalent course. ·      2–5 years’ experience in electrical/mechanicl installations, preferably in drapery systems or home automation. ·      Ability to work independently and deliver quality installation ·      Good communication and team coordination skills.     Remuneration   We offer industry standard remuneration package to deserving candidates in range from INR15K to INR30k/ month   About us   At EDGE & Urban, we are redefining modern living by making every space effortlessly livable—whether it’s exposed to harsh sunlight, rain, wind, or extreme heat.
