Job Responsibilities

Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of:
Filler plant
Tape line
Circular looms
Lamination & printing machines
Cutting & stitching machines
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
Handling VFDs, PLC basic troubleshooting, MCC panels, and industrial wiring
Ensuring machine uptime and reducing electrical breakdowns
Maintaining electrical safety standards and documentation
Coordinating with production and mechanical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years experience in PP woven sack / FIBC / plastic manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
Experience with VFDs, motors, heaters, temperature controllers, and sensors
Ability to handle emergency breakdowns independently
Willingness to work in shifts if required

Experience specifically in
PP woven fabric & bag manufacturing
Knowledge of energy optimization and preventive maintenance planning
