Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and dependable Construction Electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial, and residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical code compliance, be able to interpret blueprints and schematics, and work safely in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Install electrical wiring, conduit, lighting systems, outlets, panels, and other electrical components in new construction or renovation projects. Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and technical drawings. Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair faulty wiring or components. Work with various hand and power tools safely and effectively. Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion. Inspect and test installed electrical systems using testing devices such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all job site safety regulations and policies. Qualifications: High school Preferably ITI, not essential Completion of a state-recognized electrician apprenticeship program or technical school preferred. Valid electrician license or journeyman certification (as required by state/local laws). Not mandatory 2+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or industrial electrical construction. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics. Preferred Skills: Experience with high& low-voltage systems, fire alarm systems, and control wiring. Familiarity with energy-efficient and green building electrical practices. Work Environment: Construction sites (indoor and outdoor), potentially in all weather conditions. May involve working at heights or in confined spaces. Use of ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and other construction equipment. PPE required (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, work boots, etc.).
