Job Description

Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to): Organize and plan the projects. Monitors the project progress, quality, adherence to schedule of all projects awarded by various customer. Drive customer relationship and proactively communicate (executive summary, emails, call, and meeting). Establish key relationships with all business relevant stakeholders. Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer. Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant. Execute projects in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer. Attends monthly review meetings to discuss issues and take decisions with respect to Progress of all Orders. Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to management. Qualifications & Basic Skills: 10-15 years experience of construction and electrical maintenance industry Candidates must have worked in Oil, Power, Refinery & infrastructure sector Preferably executed as head of E & I department at least for two projects. Knowledge of Erection, Testing & Commissioning of HV/ MV/LV equipment & cables in construction industry. Customer handling skills, negotiation skills, communication Skills, leadership skills, result oriented. Criteria: B.E/ Diploma in electrical engineering Excellent communication and presentation skills Good team management skills. Technical Knowledge of Power Systems/ Electrical Distribution Good solution-based approach and positive mindset. Strong organizational skills to give the team direction. Interview Expenses: Candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to & fro AC two/three tier train fare or bus fare by shortest route
