Job Description

Job Responsibilities:  Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance (wiring, circuit repairs, panel maintenance, etc.).  Handle plumbing work such as pipeline installation, leakage repairs, fittings, and maintenance of water systems.  Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues promptly and safely.  Ensure all maintenance work is done in compliance with safety regulations.  Maintain logs of work done and report issues to the facility manager.  Support other facility-related work as assigned. Requirements:  Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and plumbing work (industrial or commercial preferred).  Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in both trades.  Ability to read wiring and plumbing diagrams.  Physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated.  Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures.
