Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform regular inspection and maintenance of electrical systems including wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, transformers, and distribution boards. Diagnose electrical faults and repair or replace faulty components promptly. Maintain and service electrical equipment such as HVAC systems, water heaters, kitchen appliances, elevators, fire alarm systems, etc. Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues with minimal disruption to hotel operations. Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety codes, and hotel policies. Maintain an inventory of electrical supplies and coordinate with the purchasing team for stock replenishment. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections. Assist in energy-saving initiatives and suggest improvements in electrical systems. Work closely with other maintenance staff and departments to support the overall upkeep of the property. Participate in emergency response duties and be on-call as required.
