Electrical Trainer

JobDescription:

We are looking for a passionate Electrical Technician Trainer to train and mentor students in our Electrical Technician course. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on and theoretical training, ensuring students acquire industry-relevant skills and are job-ready.

As an Electrical Instructor, your primary role is to facilitate student learning by organizing all aspects of the classroom and delivering effective lessons. You will motivate students, identify their learning styles, and adjust your teaching methods accordingly. Maintaining accurate records, advising students, and enforcing school policies are also key parts of the instructor’s role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training on electrical concepts, wiring, installation,troubleshooting, and safety procedures.

• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments as per NSDC and industrystandards.

• Guide students in hands-on projects, workshops, and real-world simulations.

• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in electrical work.

• Coordinate with industry partners for student placements and exposure visits.

• Maintain training records and reports as required.

Required Skill Set:

Technical Expertise:

· Electrical circuits, wiring, and load calculations

· Electrical installation and maintenance

· Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

· Control panel wiring and electrical drawings

· Knowledge of Electrical Motors and their working

· Knowledge of Solar Panel and their working

· Safety procedures and best practices

Teachings Training Skills:

· Experience in technical training, teaching, or mentoring

· Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner

· Hands-on training approach with interactive and practical methods

· Strong assessment and evaluation skills

· Knowledge of Basic-IT

Soft Skills:

· Effective communication and presentation skills

· Patience and ability to motivate students

· Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications Experience:

· ITI/Diploma/Engineering

· Must Have 2 To 3 years Training Experience in Gulf Country.

· Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role will be preferred.

· Prior experience intraining, teaching, or skill development is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
