Role & Responsibility- (Tendering and Estimation Dept)
Who has experience in Electrical Engineer and maintained in Tender Sales
Procurement
• Detail Study, Analyzing and Evaluation of the tender document and General
and specific conditions of Tender for easy work out of Tender.
• Preparing Bill of Materials for Trunkey Switchyards and substation tenders.
• Discussing with clients / consultants for any clarifications needed and
seeking clarification.
• Attending Pre-tender Meets and Prebid Meeting
• Sending Enquiries to various Vendors for Schedule of Work as per tender
requirement.
• Keeping Continuous Follow up for Obtaining Offers in time. Evaluation and
negotiation of offers received from vendors with tender specification.
• Making comparative statement of offers received
