Electrical Technician

The Electrical Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across the amusement park, including rides, lighting systems, and other park infrastructure. This role ensures all electrical components operate safely and efficiently, complying with all safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on amusement rides and park-wide electrical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in rides, control systems, lighting, and other park equipment.
• Install wiring, control systems, panels, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components.
• Work with ride manufacturers’ manuals and electrical diagrams to ensure proper operation and repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, daily logs, and service reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team to minimize ride downtime and ensure guest safety.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Respond quickly to ride stoppages or electrical failures during park operation hours.
• Assist in the commissioning and setup of new rides or attractions.
• Participate in safety training and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade certification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial or amusement park electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of motors, control systems, relays, sensors, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.

Preferred:

• Experience in amusement park, theme park, or large entertainment venue maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures in high-traffic areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
