Under guidance of Facility Manager, monitor, operate and maintain Checklists of electrical, DG, Fire Fighting AC, carpentry, plumbing work & Other Technical System. Minor project work etc.
Co-ordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure proper preventive maintenance. Maintaining high standard of service delivery at site. Testing of all site equipments as directed by facility Manager.Report to FM on Adequate spares inventory to be stocked at site. Timely inspection, annual checks & maintenance schedule to be followed as given by FM.
