Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation of solar panels, inverters, and related equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Perform wiring, cabling, and connections under supervision.
• Support in testing, inspection, and quality checks of solar projects.
• Ensure safe work practices and follow company safety guidelines.
• Maintain proper record of work completed and materials used.
• Provide on-site support to engineers and project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in solar / electrical field (freshers can also apply).
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools.
• Ability to work on rooftops and outdoor project sites.
• Willingness to travel for project work if required.
