Electrical Technician

• Assist in resolving daily electrical complaints from residents or tenants.
  
• Support in maintenance of wiring, lighting, panels, switches, and other electrical equipment.
  
• Help the supervisor in conducting regular electrical inspections and preventive maintenance.
  
• Report major electrical issues promptly to the supervisor.
  
• Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and safety checks.
  
• Follow all safety standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance work, preferably in residential or commercial setups.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of wiring, panels, electrical fixtures, and basic troubleshooting.
  
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from the supervisor.
  
• Good communication in Hindi and Punjabi.

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related trade.
  
• Experience in society or gated community electrical maintenance.
